Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All of our products are as seen in the photos accompanying their listings. If you receive a ring that does not match the description of the ring you ordered, please contact us so we can get the right rings to you right away. We can be reached at [email protected] or 409-939-0762.

How do I know what ring size to buy?

Youth: The most common ring size is youth size 9, it will fit 90% of ages ranging from 6U- 14U. We carry youth size 10 in all rings and youth size 8 in some styles.

Adult: Women’s sizes are most commonly sizes 8-10 and Men’s are sizes 9-13.

We have some styles of rings with sizes 8-13 and they can be found in the Adult category.

If there is no select a size option in the product page, the ring is a youth size 9.

What are our products made of?

All of our rings at Discount Sports Rings are entirely made of zinc alloy metal. The only exception to this is our 24 karot gold plated rings and our sterling silver plated rings.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

After your purchase you should receive an email with your invoice. If you do not receive email confirmation, please contact us so we can supply it for you.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders ship the same day the order is placed, if it is during business hours. If ordered after business hours, the order will be shipped on the next business day. 

All orders are shipped FedEx 2-day Express. This generally arrives on time anywhere in the USA. This does not include holidays and weekends. We are not responsible for weather delays or shipping delays on FedEx’s behalf. Other shipping options are available upon request at additional fee (FedEx Overnight or Saturday Delivery).

We are currently upgrading our site to allow customers to select which FedEx Express service they’d like for shipping their products. When that option is available this post will be updated.

Do you take returns? If so, what is the return policy?

We accept returns with a 15 percent restock fee.

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The products must be in the clear plastic bags they were shipped in.
  • The products must arrive back to us in good condition.

If we receive a return that is not in the plastic bags that they shipped out in or arrive in bad conditions (ie. dented, paint missing, stones missing/crushed) we will be unable to refund for those products.

Once the return is processed we will issue a partial refund to the payment method on the order.

Where can I ship my order?

If you are returning items or would like to have a look at our products in person, we are located at 6603 Bar O Ranch Rd, Santa Fe TX 77517. Please contact us when you initiate a return this way we can ensure we receive and process your return. Similarly, if you plan to visit our warehouse please let us know in advance so we can ensure we have someone able to help you when you arrive.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We do our best to keep all of our items in stock year round. If the website shows “out of stock” on an item we will most likely restock it in 3-4 weeks. If you need a more accurate time frame in order to coordinate with your event contact us at 409-939-0762.

Can we do an exchange?

Yes, we do exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. In the event of an exchange, we will make a new order for the desired items and ship a return label with them. Once we receive the retuned items we will refund the initial invoice for the items that were returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
